Parts Guarantee

At the point of purchase all products are guaranteed to be of a good working order. However if there was a fault with in a month of purchase (Our standard guarantee length) Taroni's holds the right to either repair the item or exchange for other goods. If a replacement can not be found within a good time of return then the full purchasable price will be refunded to the buyer. We can only accept refunds and exchanges if the original sale invoice is supplied and the products are returned in the exact same condition as purchased with the sellers security marks still visible. Taroni's will not be liable for any fitting or installation charges, regardless of how they were acquired unless we otherwise state. Milage, quoted by staff of Taroni's are unverified and therefore can only be classed as unverified.

If the part still functions, we charge a re-stocking charge of 20% if returned to us. If the part is a special order part (removed from the vehicle to order) it can not be returned to us for credit. If the part is delivered by post or courier, there can be no refund if the part was supplied accurately and in working order by us.

Standard Guarantee

All our products sold by Taroni's offer a minimum of a months guarantee from the date of which it was purchased. Under no special circumstance will Taroni's motor salvage follow any claims in any circumstance to labour costs or charges which were incurred during the fitting/removal/changing of the part which was sold.

DIY sales are non-refundable and are "sold as seen". A 30 day credit note may be issued against faulty DIY parts subject to other conditions. We are unable to refund or except the return of ECUs/electric or specialist electronic items, due to potential breakage caused to internal parts by the purchaser.
